Xbox 360 Controller Mic Port Broken

Così I turtle beach headphones on my Xbox and suddenly stopped working on my new (I was only for a month or so.) Controllers wired so I thought that the microphone production Committee but then checks with other controllers and the TB work well. What does not match the controller which shows that a microphone is connected, but not speak or hear people?

As in the title the mic port controller Prob said. It is finished and want to swap to a new controller because you have more than 1 controller try and use only the microphone on those for friends save stopped in the course.
